Herôme WIC - Frankfurt with Essence - Crack Me! Blue

Hello cuties! Today I'd like to show you one of the polishes I got from Sinterklaas (aka my aunt, thanks!), it's Frankfurt from the Herôme WIC collection. A dark, crème blue. It was pretty much opaque in one coat, but I applied 2 just to make the colour more intense.

A bit of a moven picture, sorry. It gets dark so quick these days, it sucks.

After this I wanted to add something extra, so I took my blue crackle from Essence and I applied a thin coat. It crackles like spaghetti, not sure if I like it..

I like the complete look of it, but without flash it's really hard to see the cracks.. Drying time and application of Frankfurt was great, but the crackle dried up a bit..ugly. It wasn't matte, but it wasn't shiny? But, after a good layer of topcoat it shined all pretty :D

Crushed Luxury

Now, on to my nails of the week! In the package I received from Lucy I found Color Club - Untamed Luxury, a green/tealish glitter. Then, on friday, my order from nailpolishfashion arrived! I ordered China Glaze - Crushed Candy (wich is kind of the crackle version of my favourite nailpolish ever, For Audrey!) and decided to combine these two. The result? Crushed Luxury...

I ♥ this! First I applied 1 layer of Untamed Luxury over my favourite black of all time, MAX black...

Before I could apply Crushed Candy I had to apply 2 layers of topcoat to make this finish less gritty lol.. But, after that completely dried, I finally applied Crushed Candy :D

Rimmel London 60 Seconds 610 Pompous (again!) + Silver crackle

Hello again! So this is my second post of Rimmel Pompous, a purple glitter-ish nailpolish. Enough talking lol, let's move on to the pictures!

In sunlight, no flash. Look at those red and blue sparkly glitters!

In shadow, no flash. 

In normal daylight, no flash.

I think the last picture is most colour accurate.. Pretty, right? The application is amazing because of the wide brush. LIKE! 

I've been dying to try the new essence crackles since I got them, and what better colour to try the silver crackle over is Pompous?

I'm very surprised by this new crackle, the formula is awesome and the finish is just gorgeous.. The blue crackle cracks a bit different though, I think you can expect swatches of it soon, too!

Claire's Coral Crackle

A big hello to everyone who's reading this! Today I'd like to show you the other nailpolish I bought in France, a bright-neon-coral-crackle. Let me tell you, it's bright! It might look a bit orange but in real it is a true neon-coral.

I love Luna's face in this kittypic, lol. I guess she doesn't really like the smell of fresh nailpolish. Sorry hun! 

First I applied 2 layers of Paris Memories - White and waited untill it was fully dried. After that I applied 2 thin layers of crackle (because it's very sheer) and sadly it messed up my base colour a little..  But it still looked awesome! 

Do you have any weird-coloured crackles? And what do you think of this one?

Catrice - Bye, Bye Birdie!

Well hello there :D I really liked Bye, Bye Birdy last time I put it on but it went on a bit streaky and bubbly so I didn't make any pictures, but this time I did! So here are the pictures :D

I really like the colour, it's just such a shame the application isn't as amazing as the colour is.. The crackle is a bit different from last time but I like it! Less stripy :D

PS. This is my last day of summer vacation. Tommorow, I have to go to that building full of fun people and teachers (D:) again. To be honest, I'm not really looking forward to it...

PPS. This was my last post with long nails in a little while. I cut them short today because they were weak and  the layers were splitting. I bought some new treatment-stuff and I hope they'll work soon so I'll have beautiful , long and healthy nails!

Essence - 38 Choose Me!

Hello beauties, I know I really should learn for my testweek right now, but I can't help it, I love blogging haha <3 Today I have Choose Me! for you, an Essence polish from the colour & go collection. Let's see some pictures!

This is a blue jelly polish with green and gold glitters, it makes me think of mermaids haha! This were 3 coats, and there's still a VNL but that's ok, because.. I crackled it :D

Manicures of this week!

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of posts these weeks, thank god it's almost my summer vacation. Unfortunately, I have another testweek coming up and I don't think I will be posting that week... Ofcourse, after that, I'm done with school (for this year.. ugh.) and can post all I want! Are you ready for some pictures?

H&M - DAZZLING JADE 

This mini polish from H&M only needs 2 coats to be opaque and the colour is just.. ♥.♥ 

Then I stamped it with the animal print stampy plate by essence with CG - Rodeo Fanatic. Love!

On to the next!

Catrice - Run Forest Run!

Lol, love the name. This is only 1 coat, because it didn't need another haha.. I just had to mattify this baby. 

Nice right? Well, I just couldn't leave it uncrackled :$

I love the complete mani! It looks like.. crocodile skin or something?

Catrice - Am I Blue Or Green? 

I know I already showed you this polish before, but it was the perfect base for this mani! Ok, I admit, it's not perfect. But it's my first rose nail art thingy, and I'm still learning... The overall effect is cute, I think!

Birdy got crackled!

If it wouldn't be soooo messed up, I would show you the pictures of Bye Bye Birdy without the black cracking topcoat, but too bad. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, I just apply 3 thin coats of the new catrice polishes and for some reason air bubbles appear everywhere.

Anyways, since I'm LOVING the crackle-polishes I had to try the black one. Birdy definitely got crackled!

Quick mani post, let's get crackalackin'!

Hello again! I hope you all had an awesome weekend, I certainly did! Today I bought the Essence crackles, FINALLY! 

Ofcourse I had to try it out immediately, and I picked out one of my new polishes from Essence called Let's Get Lost and I added the crack me! white top coat.

As you can see, the crackle messed up my polish a little but it's ok, because the over all look is so much fun! It looks a bit like spaghetti, not the typical crackle. With Qeensday I'm going to try to make something with orange!
