Happy Queensday dutchies!

Hello lovely readers, today is Queensday here in Holland so that means lots of orange, red, white and blue! Since I don't own the perfect orange, I borrowed MAN, GO Tango (Catrice) from my friend Celine (thanks cutie!)

Then I saw this awesome QDAY mani on http://dutch-diana.blogspot.com/2011/04/queensday-nails-from-2010-2009.html (go check out her blog, her nails are GORGEOUS) and I just had to try it out. Didn't really work out the way I wanted it to, but it looks cute... Have fun breaking your neck haha!

Quick mani post, let's get crackalackin'!

Hello again! I hope you all had an awesome weekend, I certainly did! Today I bought the Essence crackles, FINALLY! 

Ofcourse I had to try it out immediately, and I picked out one of my new polishes from Essence called Let's Get Lost and I added the crack me! white top coat.

As you can see, the crackle messed up my polish a little but it's ok, because the over all look is so much fun! It looks a bit like spaghetti, not the typical crackle. With Qeensday I'm going to try to make something with orange!

Easter-ish mani!

Happy Easter everyone!  Today I'm going to show you my easter-ish manicure. I used Dirty Berry as a base and then added some kiss-stickers. Let's go!

Catrice - Moulin Rouge Light

You don't even know how ashamed I feel for not posting an entire WEEK! Seriously, I really am sorry... I've had on 2 manis and they both were boring or looked terrible when I made pictures. I don't even know if you want to see this...

After that I got a bit sick of flashy manis, so why not try my newest nude? It's called Moulin Rouge Light and it's from Catrice (new collection: Ultimate Nudes).

It's really opaque for a nude, no VNL after only 2 coats! I don't really wear pinks, but I'll definitely make an exception for this one.

Am I Blue Or Green? - Catrice

Hi! Today I have another new polish for you guys, Am I Blue Or Green by Catrice. It's such a gorgeous baby blue shade with a little bit of shimmer in it! Such a shame the formula is kind of thick and streaky, I got little airbubbles everywhere...

2 thick coats, no flash. normal light.

It's no dupe for CG For Audrey, but it seems to look a lot like Riva - Chanel. Sadly, I don't own Riva haha...

To hide the little bubbles I stamped on it with Essence - Caribbean Sea from the Show Your Feet collection. The entire SYF collection works great for stamping, but they're not for sale anymore! I used the Konad M71 plate.

Can't cheat on these cows!

Hi! In my previous post I showed you one of the Essence nailpolishes, Can't Cheat On Me. Ofcourse, I got a bit bored of it, because that's just me. And what do I do when I get bored of my nailpolish? KONAD!

Essence 57 Can't Cheat On Me

Yesterday I checked out my Kruidvat, and the had the new Essence and Catrice collections.Yay! Unfortunately not the crackles but they'll probably come later. Anyway, here is what I got:

L to R: Dirty Berry, Am I Blue Or Green, Hello Holo, Mystic Mermaid, Can't Cheat On Me, Where Is The Party?, Trust In Fashion, Let's Get Lost

Essence nail tips remover. I bought this to remove difficult glitter polishes, because it just doesn't work with cotton pads lol!

I just polished my nails with Can't Cheat On Me by Essence, and well erh... Job well done, Essence! It's a great little holographic silver and looks amazing in sun. I think it looks a bit like the Catherine Arley holos, but I don't have any so I can't compare them, sorry!

Hunt Me Down - H&M

Hey guys! I hope you've been noticing I've been posting more? Personally I feel great about it, just because I made this promise to myself and you, my lovely followers ofcourse!


Today I have a polish from H&M for you, it's called Hunt Me down and it's a camouflage green. I like it, but the application was a bit hard with those annoying caps from the new bottles. Why does the H&M keep changing their bottles?! Also the formula was slightly thick, but the cap was most annoying. On to the pictures!

Luckily this polish was opaque in only two coats. All pics above are two coats without topcoat (so glossy!).

A new franken! Blues Clues

Hi guys! A few weeks ago I created a new franken, and thanks to Lisa it's now called Blues Clues. I'm telling you, it's the perfect name for this little blue babeh! Ready for some pictures?
