Top 5 Fall Favorite Nailpolishes!

Hello everyooone! I actually planned on doing an actual nailpost today but because of my work all my nails broke and they're really short at the moment :( So I figured I'd do a little Fall Favorites nailpolish edition for you guys! Let's go :)

Let's start off with number 5, Herôme - Kingston.

Kingston is a goldenbeige/champagne holographic polish that matches all of the fall 2012 fashion! Pictures HERE. 

Next up, number 4, Catrice - Caught On The Red Carpet.

COTRC is a dark jelly red, suitable for honestly any season of the year and I really like it (that's also why half of my bottle is empty). Pictures HERE. 

Number 3, Essence - Walk On The Wild Side.

WOTWS is a dark green polish with tiny little green shimmers. Very pretty! I actually haven't had the chance to swatch this yet, but I'm excited about trying this one out :D

Almost there! Number 2, China Glaze - Smoke And Ashes

Smoke And Ashes is a GORGEOUS polish from the CG Hungergames collection and I absolutely adore this polish! It looks like a starry night in summer. A black base with duochrome little shimmers shifting from blue to turquoise to green. Amazing. Pictures HERE. 

Number 1...drumroll, please...China Glaze - Purr-fect Plum!

I do not only like Purr-fect Plum because of its purr-fect name, but also very very much because of the purr-fect colour! This colour screams fall 2012 to me. Walk around my school for just 10 minutes and you will see this colour in sooo many outfits, it's crazy. This wine-purple coloured polish should be in everyone's stash this fall! Alpha Better Hologram

A big welcome to all of my new followers that found me through girlscene or my giveaway, thanks for following me! Today I have a very pretty layering mani for you guys. I showed you this polish a little while ago and since everyone really liked it I decided to swatch my other Shaka polish (Hologram Nude) as well. Because these holos are not very opaque I decided to layer it over two coats of Essence - Alpha Better Gamma (wich i'll show in the end of this post). Here's the final look!

Sem-kittypic!

I love holographics. This is just a perfect pretty pinky polish. In normal light only a little bit of the holographic rainbow is visible, but in sunlight...wow! Such a pretty effect. 

So what I did was apply two layers of Shaka - Hologram Nude over two layers of Essence - Alpha Better Gamma from the Class of 2013 LE. Here's a picture of that one on it's own:

ABG is a very cute salmony pink, really girly! When I saw this one at the store I immediately knew I wanted it because I don't have any polishes like this one and erhm well I'm an addict..woops. Anyways, I really like the colour of this polish because it's just sooo cuuuute :D

Fly the Hologram Sky

Hello everyone! In my last post I showed you the polishes I bought in Italy, and today I made a little combo with two of them. First I applied 3 coats of Deborah Milano - Fly High, then 2 coats of Shaka - Hologram Sky.

Isn't that amazing? The holographic effect is soooo bright, but ofcourse not quite a bright as GOSH - Holographic! I am loving this combo.

Luna-kittypic!

This combo worked out great imo, the colours work perfect together. Shaka - Hologram Sky is really sheer and not that holographic when you apply it over your nude nails, but with a bright basecolour..KABOOM!

Today I found the new Essence bottles in my local drugstore and bought 2 of them, I simply couldn't resist buying these:

06 cookies & cream (from the nude glam collection) and 120 cookie love (colour & go)

See how I stayed in the cookietheme there? LOL!

New camera! + Color Club - Wild At Heart

Aaaaaaaah! I finally bought the Canon 600D wich I have been saving for for a reaaaally long time now! I'm so so so so happy with it. I love it. To test it out I tried on a pretty purple holo, Color Club - Wild At Heart. I used two coats and no topcoat!

Just look at those pictures..woah. The polish is really pretty and the formula is great, I don't have a lot to say about it haha :)

Teeez! - Cool

Hey guys! I'm really sorry for the lack of posting, I've just been really busy with having fun this vacation haha.. Too bad today is the last day :( Anyway, because the sun is shining again and you deserve a very pretty polish, I decided to wear a holographic polish...

First I applied 1 coat of my all time favourite black MAX - Black and after that had dried 2 coats of Teeez! - Cool. I absolutely adore this colour. I hope the sun keeps shining so this polish gets the attention it deserves :D

Have A Lucky Lilac Day

Happy easter everyone! For my easter mani I used 2 Catrice polishes, Lucky in Lilac and Have An Ice Day (from the Million Styles LE). I don't have a lot of time today (homework, bluh), so here are the pictures!

I used 2 coats of Lucky In Lilac and 1 of Have An Ice Day. Drying time was actually really good and it dried within I guess about 10 minutes? That's all it took! The result looks good, but I'm not sure if it's really my type of mani. But it looks cute!

KOH - Metallic Green

Another holo, yes yes! I borrowed this from cutie Charlotte a very very long time ago, and finally got a chance to wear it, yay :D This polish is so pretty, look at this:

Pretty awesome right? The application was AWFULL though, I had to re-apply the polish on my middlefingernail 3 (!!!!!) times. Drying time was pretty annoying as well and it never dried smooth. I used 1 coat of GOSH - Fix Basecoat, 2 layers of Metallic Green and 1 thick coat of topcoat. So, it wasn't too much fun to apply this, but it's soooo prettyyyyyyyyy!

Some other news..it has been snowing like crazy here in Holland for the last two days! Here's a picture I took this morning:

Color Club - Revvvolution

Ever since I first saw pictures of Revvvolution, I wanted to have it. And now I dooooo! I only had to apply 1 coat for it to be opaque and it applied like a dream :D It's such a pretty holo, I mean, just look at this:

I think it's really purrretty, but after 1 day the tipwear is kinda bad, look at that kittypic. Oh well, it's pretty anyway! Ofcourse, in sunlight it looks absolutely amazing, but it's still a pretty polish in normal light, without the holo. So, do you guys own Revvvolution? What do you think?
